The mission of Keller Graduate School of Management’s project management concentrations is to educate students with relevant project and program management knowledge, tools, and techniques required to lead successful projects and programs within the global business environment.

Program outcomes:

• Develop a project in alignment with organizational strategy using an advanced, integrated, and applied understanding of project management that creates and delivers value.
• Demonstrate the skills required to scope and solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions that minimize risks and optimize impacts for both projects and programs.
• Manage complex and technical activities within both predictable and unpredictable environments by integrating knowledge and solutions from practitioner and academic viewpoints.
